Zucchini in the Oven Recipe
I offer a quick way to prepare snacks from zucchini! The idea was once proposed by a magazine, and this recipe has long been his own. When hot, it turns out delicious and fragrant!

  1. The oven can be turned on immediately to warm up to 190 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Grate the mozzarella (or other cheese) on a coarse grater.Cut the zucchini into slices 5 mm thick and brush each with olive (or other vegetable oil). Season with salt and pepper and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the baking sheet and lightly brush each piece of zucchini with ketchup (or tomato sauce). I used to cook with ketchup for barbecue. Sprinkle with cheese. Place a thin circle of sausage on top and sprinkle with spices to taste: oregano, thyme, basil or a mixture of them. I have thyme and basil here. Put the baking sheet back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
    Remove the baking sheet and lightly brush each piece of zucchini with ketchup (or tomato sauce). I used to cook with ketchup for barbecue.
