Zucchini in the Oven Recipe
This is the best zucchini recipe I've tried this year. A simple recipe for zucchini cubes with a Golden crust. This is a godsend for those who do not like to fry them and can cook zucchini in the oven, to taste, even better fried.

  1. Young zucchini cut into cubes about 5 cm long. Cut a small zucchini lengthwise into 6-8 parts as shown in the video. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well so that it evenly covers the bars. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt, paprika, dry ground garlic (fresh will not work) and add a little chopped herbs. Mix again and place on a baking sheet or oven rack. Top with a small amount of grated hard cheese. It took me no more than 20 grams. Place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes until Golden brown. Serve the appetizer to the table hot.
