- 10 minutes after the introduction of tomatoes, add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir and continue to simmer vegetables with minced meat for another 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. In the process, add another 100 ml of water and let the products simmer a little more. Taste the sauce, if necessary, add salt, sugar, pepper.
- While the vegetables with minced meat are cooking in a frying pan, prepare the zucchini. Wash, dry, peel. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into two parts, remove the seeds from each with a spoon, a vegetable peeler or a knife — for whom it is more convenient, cut off the tips. At this stage, the weight of the zucchini is determined. Remove the zucchini pulp layer by layer.
