Cut the mushrooms into plates. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and fry the mushrooms with zucchini for about 5 minutes.
Cut red pepper into strips. And add to the fried mushrooms and zucchini. Stir and add soy sauce, simmer for another 7 minutes. At the end, add finely chopped ginger, about a teaspoon. And simmer until tender for another 2 minutes.
On the side dish - rice, 2 sachets. Prepare it as it is written on the package. Then be sure to rinse with water.
We spread our mushrooms with zucchini on top of rice and serve with salad, I have radishes.
