- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablepsoons Lentil
- 200 gram Arugula
- 50 ml Olive oil
- Allspice to taste
- Chile pepper to taste
- 15 ml Balsamic

- Put the washed and dried leaves of arugula on a plate, on top of half of cherry tomatoes. After cheese, cut into cubes and sprouted lentils. We prepare the filling separately. Add salt to the olive oil, a little freshly ground pepper, like it spicy, add a pinch of chili flakes. Also, a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Mix everything and season the salad.
