- 6 slices Bread soft white bread
Liver filling:
- 3 slices Beef liver
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1/4 piece Onion
- Seasoning to taste
Cottage cheese filling:
- 2 tablespoons Cottage cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 twigs Greens
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Sardines filling:
- 1/2 jar Canned fish (sardines)
- 1 piece Chicken egg boiled
- Mayonnaise to taste

Instructions
- Spread the filling on a rolled slice, not very thick. Roll it up carefully. This is a roll with cottage cheese filling. For the cottage cheese filling, put the cottage cheese (I have homemade, not dry), finely chopped herbs (I have Basil and parsley), lemon juice (lime), garlic passed through a press, put the salt in a small bowl of a blender (or submerged) and beat until smooth. If the curd is dry, you can add a little sour cream.
- Roll with liver filling. Add salt and pepper to the liver, quickly fry in oil (do not over-dry), 2-3 pieces are enough. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry the carrots and onions in oil, as if for frying. Punch in a small bowl of a blender sliced liver and carrots with onions, garlic passed through the press and a little vinegar (5%). Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
