I strongly recommend choosing the amount of spices to your taste. If you don't like something (many people can't stand cloves, for example), then just exclude this ingredient.
Put the ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in a glass or jar.
Pour boiling water.
Cover the container with a lid and let it brew for an hour, then strain.
Pomegranate juice is desirable, of course, to use freshly squeezed, but in its absence it is quite possible to use the purchased one.
Only choose natural juice.
if you use an orange, then it needs to be milled-cleaned of the skin and partitions.
If you do it with tangerine, then it will be enough to peel it and disassemble it into slices.
In a saucepan, pour the pomegranate juice, add the tangerine/orange slices and the infusion of spices.
Bring the drink to 80° and remove from the heat.
