In 100 ml of cream, pour the gelatin, mix and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at 300 watts.
The gelatin should completely dissolve.
Heat the remaining 300 ml of cream a little, add coffee to them, add sugar.
Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Then add the gelatin to the sweetened cream and stir.
Pour the mass into cremans/glasses/cups and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
The jelly is ready.
I recommend decorating it with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
