- All products are weighed. I removed the skin from the breast and removed the bone. I made a diet fillet. In a saucepan, I poured oil, warmed it up and put finely chopped garlic. Next-finely chopped onion. Cooked until golden and soft. I added carrots grated on a fine grater. Stirred and put the pieces of chicken breast, cut not quite finely. All mixed, reduced the heat to a minimum, covered with a lid and simmered for 10 minutes.
- The breast was not dry. Flavorful, healthy and delicious!According to my diet, I was offered for lunch: Chicken breast (turkey) stewed with vegetables-200 g Boiled rice-50 g tomato-0.5 pcs cucumber-0.5 pcs I took 3 pieces of cherry instead of half a tomato, and instead of half a cucumber-3 small lettuce leaves.
