Salad with arugula according to this recipe is easy to prepare at home and in the country. Mushrooms and cheese with mold give a special taste to the salad. Arugula salad smells especially delicious, evoking Italian or Spanish notes.
Preparation:
1) Cut the mushrooms.
2) Put the mushrooms in a preheated frying pan and fry a little.
3) Pour cream and cheese with mold to the mushrooms. Let stand on low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring at the same time. ( there should be no lumps of cheese)
4) Coarsely chop the tomatoes, and chop the arugula.
5) Pour the sauce with mushrooms to the vegetables and mix.
