    Ingredients
    
                - 1 piece Eggplant (large)
- 1 piece Tomato (large)
- 150 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Onion
- 250 ml Broth (Vegetables)
- 150 gram Bread (pulp)
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Salt (to taste)
- Allspice (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

- Add mushrooms, tomatoes, pulp and broth to the eggplant. I also added dried garlic. If you use fresh, then fry it with eggplant. Simmer all together on low heat for 10 minutes. Then use a blender to grind everything. The amount of broth can be adjusted to your liking. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
