Very simple ice cream. There are only 3 ingredients and it cooks well, oh, very quickly, except for the time for freezing. After all, it does not need to be disturbed during the freezing process - ice crystals do not form. Instead of cherries, you can take any other berries.

Instructions
- Take concentrated milk, because you can't avoid crystals with ordinary milk. Add the marshmallows, broken into pieces (as small as possible), stirring with a spatula, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. During this time, marshmallows should dissolve in milk, if you still have pieces left, it's not scary.
- Add pitted cherries to the marshmallow-milk mixture. Whisk with a blender until smooth. During this time, the mixture will cool down and begin to thicken. Pour into molds or into a container and put in the freezer for 6 hours or more, preferably overnight. Before serving, let the container stand for 5 minutes at room temperature, then form balls and serve on the festive table).
