Simple to prepare, but very spicy salad with fried mushrooms, hard cheese and tomatoes, sprinkled with pine nuts. A very beautiful salad, and most importantly light and delicious!

  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into plates. Fry them in olive oil until light golden brown, literally for 20 seconds on each side.
