- 200 ml Milk warm
- 50 gram Butter soft
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2,5 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 pack Pudding dry, with any taste

- Butter and egg need to be taken out of the refrigerator in advance. In the milk, dissolve the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar well, add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well, leave for 5 minutes. Grind the egg separately in a bowl with vegetable oil, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add a glass of sifted flour to the milk-yeast mixture, mix, pour in the egg mixture.
- Add half the norm of butter, stir well so that the butter is evenly distributed, then add another half cup of sifted flour, mix, add the remaining butter and flour, knead the dough well on the table, sprinkle with flour, then pour it into a greased mold, cover and put on fire for 1 hour, maybe a little more so that the dough rises well.
