- 200 gram Green beans flat, young
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion small
- 1 piece Carrot small
- 50 gram Lentils (red)
- 0,5 piece Bulgarian pepper small
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Greens to taste

Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into cubes. (If desired, you can remove the skin from them). Add to the beans, add salt, stir and simmer under a closed lid for about 30-40 minutes (the beans should become soft). Periodically mix the beans with tomatoes and, if there is no liquid left in the pan, then add a little boiling water (usually tomato juice is enough to cook the beans).
