After that, add the minced meat, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then we send tomato paste there, salt, pepper, add some greens - mix everything well and remove from heat.
- Now let's move on to the sauce. send the butter to the preheated frying pan, then add the flour and mix. Then gradually pour in the milk and mix everything so that there are no lumps. then add the herbs of Provence and salt - in just 1 minute, until the sauce boils. As soon as the sauce thickens and boils, remove from the heat.
- We put the oven on 200 gr. and take out the baking dish. The bottom of the mold is smeared with sauce, each tube is filled with minced meat and distributed throughout the bottom. Then brush the top with the sauce and spread with part of the cheese. put the next layer of stuffed pasta on top. And brush the top layer with sauce, sprinkle with the remaining herbs and cheese.
