- 5 gram Seasoning

- 1 piece Tomato
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Breadcrumbs
- 150 ml Vegetable oil

- Wash the chicken thigh fillet pieces and be sure to dry them with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and a spicy mixture with garlic. Leave the fillets to marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Then dip the chicken thigh fillets in egg and breadcrumbs and lightly fry on both sides in a frying pan. You can fry in vegetable oil.
- Next, cover the baking sheet with foil and lay out the fried pieces of chicken thigh fillet.
- Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a frying pan with oil until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
- Put the onion on the fillet and put the tomatoes on top. And bake for 40-50 minutes in a preheated 180 * C oven. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the fillet with grated cheese.
