- Slice the tomatoes - cover the peppers with them. Grate the cheese on a grater - sprinkle tomatoes on top. Pour the remaining olive oil over the peppers and put them in the oven (I did not preheat the oven) for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes (after placing in the oven), sprinkle with more Parmesan.
