I once cooked this salad for guests. It didn't just crumble, it escaped from the table within 5 minutes and now friends, in advance, before coming to visit, ask me to cook it.

  1. Boil the potatoes in water (or cook in a steamer) in the peel until soft. Clear. Cut into small cubes.
