  6. !! FOCUS ON THE WORK OF YOUR OVEN!! Cool the first 15 minutes in the form, then on the grill. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze. I didn't do either this time. The cake is juicy, not dry, very fragrant and tender.
