Apple Dessert Recipe
I suggest you try a dessert that can be prepared at any time of the year. After all, fresh apples are available to us all year round. Adding whipped cream to the apples, we get a very delicious airy dessert.

Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut into large cubes.
Put the apples in a saucepan, add 125 ml of water, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Puree the apples and let them cool.
Chop the almonds with a knife and fry them in a dry pan.
Whisk the cream into a stiff froth.
Cream gently mix with Apple puree.
The dessert spread out in 4 bowls and place in refrigerator for 60 min.
Decorate the chilled dessert with almonds, cinnamon, Melissa (I had chocolate mint) and, if desired, Apple slices.
