  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices (without cutting to the end). To do this quickly and not accidentally cut the potatoes, I took two pencils wrapped in foil. We put potatoes between the pencils - and cut them like that. I took the potatoes young - I washed them well, I didn't even remove the skin. But you can also cook last year's potatoes.

  3. Now potatoes with "stuffing". To do this, put some chopped meat in each mixture. The process is not fast, you need to get used to it. But it was worth it! Spread a piece of butter on top of the potatoes (this is mandatory!). Otherwise, the potatoes will be dry. Mash with cheese.

  4. Put in the oven until ready. I do not specify the exact time, as it depends on the potatoes and, of course, on the oven. My dish was cooked for almost 1.5 hours at a temperature of 200C, since the potatoes are young. If the potatoes are last year's, it will take less time. To prevent the cheese from burning and the dish is cooked faster, you can cover the mold with foil or a lid. Open for 15-20 minutes until ready.
