Instructions
- For the cutlets, I will use white beans. The cooking time of the cutlets is given without the time of soaking the beans. I soaked the beans overnight. In the morning, I filled it with fresh water and cooked it. I cooked the beans for 1 hour, not salted. I threw it in a colander and let the liquid drain. Parallel cooked potatoes in the "uniform". I will use a food processor to make minced meat for the cutlets. In the bowl, I put boiled beans, potatoes, carrots, red onions, chili peppers, removing the seeds from it. I put sweet paprika, turmeric, salt. Everything is well broken into a homogeneous mass. Let the minced meat stand for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. If you don't have a blender or food processor, use a meat grinder.
- Next, I added 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs to the minced meat and again combined everything. Adjust the salt and pepper, if anything, then add salt and you can add ground chili pepper to taste. We put the pan on the fire, pour the oil, heat it. With wet hands, we form cutlets and breaded them in breadcrumbs. Immediately spread in the oil. Fry on both sides until a nice crust on medium heat, gently turning them with a spatula. From this amount of minced meat, 8 pieces of standard-sized cutlets were obtained. Do not make large cutlets, it will be bad to turn them over.
