Basis
- 600 gram Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 glass Broth
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- 1 piece Chili pepper (pod in dry form 2 cm long)
- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons Pink pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Products. The garlic is already sliced, the meat is sliced.
- In a bowl, prepare a marinade of soy sauce, brandy, lemon juice, chopped basil, broken into pieces of hot pepper, pink pepper grains, sugar and a couple of pinches of salt, mix well until the salt and sugar completely dissolve. Pour into the meat, mix and let stand under the lid in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until a pleasant smell appears.
- The meat, after marinating, is sent to a frying pan with garlic along with the liquid, lightly fry for 10 minutes.
- Add 0.5-1 cup of beef broth (you can dissolve part of the broth cube in a glass of water). And simmer under the lid until the meat is ready.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on plates, meat on top, boiled rice as a side dish.
