- Cut tomatoes into small cubes, onion - quarter rings, garlic and herbs finely chop. In a frying pan, in preheated oil, fry the onion until transparent, add garlic, after 1-2 minutes put the tomatoes and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add spices and herbs, warm up for another 1-2 minutes. The sauce is ready.
