Another delicious borscht from my collection. Borscht with corn is very interesting. Will be very tasty. Treat yourself!

  1. Boil the beets until they are ready. Carrots cut into strips, onion-half rings. Saute onions and carrots in butter in a frying pan.

  2. Then add in pan with vegetables the tomato sauce. Fry another 3-4 minutes.

  3. Beets clean, cut into strips and combine with vegetables frying. In a pan pour 1 Cup of water + sugar + vinegar. All cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

  5. Next, put the stewed vegetables, corn, salt, pepper and cook until tender. For 5 minutes before readiness add Bay leaf. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
