- Close the pan with a lid, put it on medium heat and bring the arrow to the beginning of the green sector of the thermostat (cooking without adding liquid, watch the external scale), reduce the heat to a minimum. As soon as the arrow of the regulator reaches the middle of the green sector (it took me 10 minutes) - turn off the fire and leave the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the whey, mix, close the lid and bring the thermostat arrow (follow the external scale) almost to the middle of the green sector, turn off the heat, add chopped herbs and garlic, cover the pan with a lid and leave to "languish" for 15-20 minutes. With this preparation, we have all the useful properties: borscht does not boil, which means we get healthy food.
