- Cut the sweet potatoes, carrots and onions into cubes, put them in a small saucepan and cover with water. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes, then add the chicken fillet cut into pieces and cook for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are fully cooked. Pour into the soup, broccoli, divided into inflorescences, and crushed garlic, cook for no more than 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, add chopped fresh herbs, remove the pan from the stove.
