- 2 tablespoons Olive oil

- Pour the bulgur into a bowl, pour boiling water over it so that it is completely covered with it, and leave for 20 minutes so that the cereal absorbs water. I boiled bulgur in accordance with the instructions on the package. Marinate a piece of feta in a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I had to settle for white wine vinegar).
