Very tasty cake with black currant in a sponge cake. It is simply impossible to cook it badly. You can cook with any cream and even without cream - it always turns out very tasty.

I also baked these cakes in a multi-cooker 20 cm in diameter, on the baking program, about 60-70 minutes I managed to bake. But in a slow cooker, the crust on top is less than in the oven.
