  2. Prepare the balsamic sauce, mix the balsamic vinegar and honey and put it on a slow fire. As soon as the liquid begins to thicken, your sauce is ready. Put the pesto sauce on a plate, add the tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkle with basil, then pour over the balsamic sauce and garnish with basil leaves.
