Carrot, Spinach and Green Bean Salad Recipe
A delicious and bright salad turned out. Very simple in execution. Green beans are good not only in soups, vegetable stews and casseroles, but also in cold form.

  1. Wash the spinach, dry it and cut it into wide strips. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Prepare frozen green beans. Boil water in a saucepan, put the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add the beans. Cook together with the vegetables for another 2-3 minutes. Put it in a colander, pour cold water (to preserve the bright color). Mix carrots, beans and spinach in a bowl. Preparation of the gas station. Peel the garlic, chop it, mix it with soy sauce, honey, vinegar and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
