Ingredients
For the filling:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 200 gram White chocolate
- 150 gram Cream (33%)
- 2 pieces Cookies oreo
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin fast preparation
Instructions
- 140 g of cookies (broken into pieces) and melted butter are combined and crushed using a food processor.
- The mixture should look like wet sand.
- Tamp the bottom of the mold with it (preferably a detachable one) or a pastry ring. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes. I soaked it in 20% cream.
- Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at 300 watts.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes at 450 watts, stirring a couple of times.
- Put the cottage cheese, cream and melted chocolate in a blender bowl.
- In the "Pulse" mode, connect everything to uniformity. Add the gelatin and whisk well again.
- Pour the crumbled cookies (2 pieces) into the curd mass and mix.
- Put the mass on top of the base and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight so that the cheesecake freezes.
- The finished cheesecake is carefully removed from the mold and decorated as desired. I just put some tangerine jam on top of the curd layer.
