Cheese Cookies or Cheese Sticks Recipe
The cheese sticks turned out completely by accident. I wanted to bake cottage cheese cookies, but there was no cottage cheese, so I decided to experiment... which was crowned with success!!! Very tasty cookies, crispy, while fresh, and after storage in the refrigerator becomes softer. In general: you'll lick your fingers! Very tasty with a cup of coffee, well, or a glass of beer! Try it - you won't regret it!
Instructions
  1. Knead the dough. I do everything in a food processor. I spread margarine and cheese, cut into pieces. We scroll the chopped cheese with a knife and mix it with margarine. Pour the flour all at once and scroll, it turns out like a baby. Pour in the water with salt and scroll again until the dough becomes homogeneous. A little more than 0.5 cups of water remains, about two-thirds.

  4. Roll up a sausage or cut out cookie molds. I don't really like the process of cutting out shapes, and I simplified it to a minimum. I rolled it out on a baking sheet, and then just moved on to rolling it out in my hands.

  6. Spread with a distance, as the sticks swell during the baking process. Do not grease the foil, as the cookies are very greasy.

  7. Put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. A landmark on your oven. At a higher temperature, cookies can burn, and at a low temperature, they can dry for a long time.
