Add the chopped garlic and knead the dough. Then add a little water and knead the dough. In total, you need to knead for at least 8-9 minutes. During this time, the mass will become sticky. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put the meat in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Last of all, add the cheese and knead the dough.
