Chicken in "Openwork" Recipe
I propose to cook a very satisfying dish - chicken "openwork". This is even more than just a dish, it is a full-fledged set breakfast that your family will definitely enjoy. The dish is a large potato pancake, inside of which are placed slices of fried chicken, cheese and herbs. It turns out three full portions.
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken in the same way as for chops, only cut into smaller pieces. Over high heat, fry the chicken in preheated vegetable oil until it is browned. At the end of frying, add salt and pepper.

  7. Fry 2 pancakes on the same principle. Of course, the recipe may seem troublesome, but sometimes I think you can cook breakfast for the weekend. The dish should be served hot, so while the next pancakes are being fried, the first ones need to be covered so that they do not cool down.
