Instructions
- Chicken fillet perpendicular to the fibers cut into small long pieces and put it in a salad bowl. For the marinade, pour soy sauce, lemon juice into the meat and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly so that each piece is in the marinade. The egg white is separated from the yolk, whisk it. Next, add the starch, mix and pour over the meat. Mix and leave for at least 30 minutes. This meat can be left in the refrigerator overnight if you want to cook it tomorrow. Taste qualities do not change, checked by me personally. To make the sauce, mix sesame seeds, lemon juice, soy sauce and honey.
- Heat the pan well. I'm warming up to "7" of the maximum" 9 " values for heating the electric stove. Carefully spread the pieces of meat and fry for 3-4 minutes until an appetizing crust. On the second side, fry for about 3 more minutes. Then reduce the heat and add the sauce. After that, fry for a couple more minutes and turn it off.
