                - This salad is very convenient to serve in portions. We will need 4 salad bowls. Prepare the croutons. Cut the loaf slices into cubes about 1x1 cm in size. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Quickly fry the bread cubes over high heat, stirring constantly. Cool them down.
