- Make strong coffee and pour it into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients for the marinade, except the oil. Beat everything lightly. Wash your thighs or shins and dry them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Stand for 30 minutes. Then lightly fry in olive oil on both sides.
