Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the egg and cheese grated on a fine grater, half the onion, finely chopped dill, 1 tbsp sour cream and salt. Mix well.
Fillet cut into 8-9 pieces, well beaten as chops. Add salt and pepper to taste.
On the edge of the meat, put a little filling, wrap in a roll.
Roll in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil on high heat on all sides.
Prepare the sauce.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, water, crushed garlic, flour and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the fried tortillas in a frying pan, pour the sauce and simmer under the lid over medium heat for 15 minutes. During stewing, pour a couple of times over the tortillas with the sauce in which they are stewed.
When the sauce remains at the bottom, remove from the heat and allow to rest a little under the lid.
The sauce will thicken even more and you can serve it to the table.
