- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- Flour wheat / Flour for breading
- Seasoning to taste
- Broth preferably 1/2 Cup chicken stock

- In the pan where the Breasts were fried, pour half a Cup of chicken broth, lemon juice and add the zest, put the remaining butter, bring everything to a boil and reduce the heat, boil for a couple of minutes. Then put the chicken Breasts in the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes so that they are soaked in the lemon-oil sauce.
