Make the dough: grind the yolks with white sugar, add flour and cocoa. Separately, whisk the proteins and add to the dough. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with butter. Bake at a temperature of 220 * C for 8-10 minutes.
We prepare the cream: we heat the cream, dissolve the chocolate in them.
Rub the yolk with sugar and add chocolate cream. Cook over low heat until thickened.
Cut the fruit into pieces (I took a fruit cocktail).
Let the cream cool down a little, mix it with mascarpone.
Add fruit to the cream.
We divide the cake into three parts and put the first one on the bottom of the mold, covered with a film.
Then half of the cream, again the cake, cream and close the last cake.
We wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down completely and solidifies (I do it in the evening and put it away at night). Enjoy your meal!!!
