  1. 1. Cut the cucumber and bell peppers into strips or whatever you like, cut the onion into thin rings, chop the parsley. 2. Mix everything in a salad bowl, season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt, you can add black pepper. 3. Very quick and fresh salad!
