Do you like original baking? Sometimes you want something new and unusual. These cupcakes are just such an option. The aroma and aftertaste of soothing lavender will appeal to those who like to experiment in their kitchen and surprise their loved ones.
Prepare food that should be cold. Separate the whites from the yolks and put them in the refrigerator.
If you don't have any lavender prepared by yourself, you can use it for tea drinks. Mix kefir, vegetable oil and sugar, add dried lavender flowers.
Mix everything thoroughly and set aside for a while.
Sift together the flour, starch and baking powder, mix them well.
After 15-20 minutes, add the mixture to the liquid part. Knead for a short time, until the lumps disappear.
Beat the cooled whites with a pinch of salt with a mixer to a strong foam. Add to the test. Carefully, mixing with a spoon or spatula from top to bottom, combine into a homogeneous mass. The dough should be the consistency of thick sour cream.
In the prepared forms, spread out the finished dough. If you have metal forms-smear them with butter and lightly dust with flour.
Preheat the oven to t 200*C.
Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes.

As soon as the cupcakes are browned, check them with a wooden skewer, if it is dry after piercing the cupcake, you can take it out.
Remove the ready-made cupcakes from the molds and cool on the grill.
I have some muffins with a recess, you can fill it with jam. I took the soft marmalade and immediately filled the hot cupcakes, then cooled them.
And you can also sprinkle all the cooled pastries with powdered sugar.
