Dumplings Baked in Cream and Cheese Recipe
I suggest the option of cooking dumplings, which will be an excellent hot dish for any holiday. Dumplings can be prepared in advance and stored in the freezer, and on the right day just bake them in cream and serve to the table.

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 ml Water
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt to taste
For the filling:
- 200 gram Pork
- 200 gram Chicken fillet
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Creamy Roasting Sauce:
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dissolve the salt in water and stir the egg. Gradually add flour and knead a soft, but not sticky dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 20-30 minutes.
- For the filling, chop the pork, onion and chicken in a food processor. Salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped potatoes and knead the minced meat well.
- Roll out the dough into a layer and cut out circles of the desired diameter with molds. Place the filling in the center.
- Form dumplings.
- Pour the cream into a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Lay out the dumplings. The cream should cover them slightly.
- Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees in the oven for about 35 minutes, until a beautiful golden crust forms.
