Instead of sour cream, you can take mayonnaise, or mix them in half. 4. Remove the vegetables from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and clean. To facilitate the process, you can put them in a plastic bag for these few minutes or just cover them with a lid. Cut into pieces. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees. 5. Mix vegetables, sausages, sauce. Check for salt. Pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil on a baking sheet and distribute evenly. Put the mixture and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
