Instructions
- We make the dough. The milk should be warm. Grate the carrots on a grater. I rubbed it on medium-sized teeth, you can use small ones. In a bowl, mix flaxseed flour, wheat, salt. We pour milk, sunflower oil (I have sunflower oil with garlic). Mix with a fork until a homogeneous consistency. The dough is cool. Add grated carrots (do not squeeze), coriander seeds and flaxseed. Carefully knead the dough.
- We heat the waffle iron. Spread the dough in the center with a tablespoon. One st l per wafer (see photo). Close and bake. First, the liquid will evaporate. As soon as there is no steam, you can open the waffle iron and look at the condition of the wafers. Bake as desired crispy or slightly soft. They shoot perfectly. For baking, the panels do not need to be greased with oil.
- I made it for lunch and used waffles instead of bread. The taste of flaxseed flour will be slightly different from traditional wheat flour. It is more saturated and bright. Processed flaxseeds have a slightly bitter taste with a pleasant cereal aftertaste. Flaxseed flour and flaxseed are very useful for the body. In addition to the absence of gluten, flaxseed flour has several other obvious advantages, and one of them is the absence of direct contraindications.
