French Style Potato Salad Recipe
This recipe was shared with me by a friend of a French woman from Alsace. She claims that this salad is very common in this region of France. What can I say? It is extremely tasty, tender, bright and colorful. In addition, it is prepared very quickly and is ideal for a cozy home lunch or dinner.

  4. Pour vegetable oil over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, season with fresh cream, mix thoroughly. (In the absence of creamy unleavened, it can be replaced with fatty sour cream or cream. Although this product can be found in our stores). Put it on the salad. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
