Glazed Meat Bread in American Style Recipe

Ingredients
Basic:
- 600 gram Minced meat beef
- 3 slices Baguette
- 100 milliliters Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 50 gram Parmesan
- 1 handful Parsley
- 3 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 150 gram bacon
Instructions
- First, soak the slices of bread in milk.
- Put the prepared minced meat in a bowl and add bread soaked in milk to it. How to mix everything.
- Add 2 small eggs to the minced meat.
- Grated hard cheese, salt, pepper (to taste) and finely chopped parsley.
- Knead everything thoroughly with your hands. Put the minced meat on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and form a large meatball - bun with your hands!
- Wrap the entire surface with strips of bacon.
- It will turn out to be such a nice bunch.
- To make the sauce, simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl! This time I have mustard with seeds, but it can be any mustard to your taste.
- Brush the surface of the buns with a silicone brush with sauce in one layer. And we put it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the bun from the oven and brush it with a layer of sauce again, but not all, there should be a little left. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Our meat loaf is ready! Serve with your favorite side dish and optionally with the remaining sauce!
