- 4 pieces Tomatoes
- 2 pieces Sweet pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Greenery (to taste)
- 100 ml Vegetable oil

- In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the oil, add the prepared onions, peppers and tomatoes. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. water should not be added, because tomatoes will give juice. Then add the beans and carrots, garlic and herbs, salt, a mixture of black and white pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, for another 10 minutes (if necessary, add a little water or oil).
